INKAN Biometrics Ltd ("INKAN", "we") processes personal data — including biometric template hashes — to operate the consent rail described on this site. We collect: (a) account contact details from talent, brand and developer customers; (b) hashed biometric templates with the explicit consent of the data subject; (c) usage logs strictly necessary to operate the service; (d) royalty accounting data.

Lawful bases include explicit consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) for biometric data), contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest for fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, and erase their data; revocation of consent is honoured within twenty-four hours through the self-serve URL embedded in every receipt.

Sub-processors are listed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is available on request. International transfers, where applicable, are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Use of INKAN's services is governed by a Master Services Agreement executed at onboarding. Until that agreement is in force, access to the API sandbox is granted under a non-exclusive, revocable, no-fee evaluation licence. Sandbox use is for non-production testing only.

Production use requires a signed agreement covering: service levels, jurisdiction-of-operation warranties, indemnity for third-party right-of-publicity claims grounded in INKAN-issued receipts, fee schedule, and the DPA referenced above.
